That’s right, we’re takin’ it to the Streets! National Dance Week is Thursday, April 18 this year. This is our chance to share with other dance organizations and the general community the way we at Dance of Brazil celebrate life together through dance and music.
This year’s theme is Calypso/Samba, fusing movement from Trinidad and Brazil in a Carnaval-themed presentation with live drums. Come join us by participating in Tuesday dance classes and rehearsal immediately afterwards beginning Tuesday, March 12th.
REHEARSAL INFO:
Tuesday Nights
March 12 – April 16
8 – 9:30 pm
Louden Nelson Community Center
The rehearsal fee is $60 paid in advance to cover the full six sessions. You may only miss one rehearsal and you must attend dance class at least once a week for the duration. We will also probably rehearse on Sunday, April 14 with live music, location TBD.
