This Friday and Saturday there is a visiting dancer in town, Stephanie Engel, who will be teaching the Silvestre Technique. Here is the info in case you want to join:
Come and explore Afro Brazilian dance through the interpretation of Silvestre Technique. We will explore a fusion of Silvestre, Modern and Afro-Brazilian Orixa Symbology. We will continue using the energy and symbology of Ossain, and Oxossi, where Rosangela Silvestre left off at her last class in Santa Cruz. This is a class not to be missed!
